I opened my “Add New Post” box earlier this evening and stared at the blank box for about 30 seconds before WHAMMO— an idea hit me like a Whack-a-Mole mallet to the head. It was a video—which can I just take a time out and say: BRAIN, it would be nice if we could come up with video ideas before 10:30 p.m. on a weeknight. Once I have an idea, especially an idea related to making a video, it is like I’m a ball that’s been pushed down a steep incline. I want to iMovie it up until the whole kit and caboodle is done and exporting to QuickTime on my desktop. But it has been welllllll established that wee-hour bedtimes+kids+full-time job+kids+pre-6 a.m. alarm+KIDS = Major System Malfunction.
So. I have clicked File—>Save on my iMovie project (Lie. You don’t have to save your projects on iMovie, it does it automatically. BECAUSE IT IS AWESOME.) and am turning out the light, like a good, responsible, productive citizen of the world. But am I going to do so uncomplainingly? I think we know the answer to that.
Video on Wednesday!
