Things I’ve bookmarked (Part 1)
I don’t know how I stumbled onto this blog post, but I laugh so hard every time I read it. Holy goodness.
Your face, it is like, totally radical
The fact that I have absolutely no clue (I sense a theme here) how I came to bookmark this guy’s (band’s? group’s?) website does not make me like his songs any less. (Tho his band name maketh me cringe mightily.) And by “his songs” I mean the two on the homepage. I haven’t had time to poke around any further. But! Hand clapping and accordions? Yes, sirs. (Sir.) Yes.
This is a design-your-own monster tooth fairy pillow. It has a pocket on the back for the tooth/money. Noah needs one of these now, as he is the proud wiggler of four (4) loose teeth.
No, YOU’RE having a moment about this.
If it has a category labeled “Tzotchkes” it is an Etsy shop I will favorite
Perhaps you enjoy a nice antique shop, like me. Perhaps you do not have a lifestyle that supports leisurely vintage perusal during business hours, also like me. Perhaps you have loads of spare cash floating around with which to buy all of Etsy, very much not like me. (If this is the case, please email me at yestertimeblog at gmail.) Here, then: I have found Jape for you. You’re welcome.
See? Just like real antiquing. Only without the musty smell. Or the … yeah, that’s all I got. I really love poking through antique/thrift/consignment stores. But this’ll do in a pinch.
(More bookmarked randomosity coming soon …)(Like whoa.)
