I’m starting a new segment on Yestertime for the weekends to keep the ol’ noggin juices flowing.  I really enjoy taking photographs, and I was thinking recently about how I have hundreds of pictures of Noah and Rosie and the occasional interesting place, but I rarely take the time to photograph the space we live in and the scenery that surrounds all that living.  Starting this weekend, I am going to post a photograph on both Saturday and Sunday of a spot in or around our house. I think having these images later in life will help bring me back to the feeling of this particular time and place and remind me of who we were then.  And taking the images now will help me see beauty in the ordinary that surrounds us every day.  I hope you enjoy them.
