I hear you. An afternoon cocktail does not go amiss for us single parents out here. Oh, wait, I just read an article in Parents magazine that tells me that drinking one glass of wine while parenting (even while the kids are in bed) makes me a horrible parent. Darn. Maybe I can just do downward dog while the kids frolic underneath?

Umm…you and L ROCK. Seriously, my husband is in his first semester of law school and I NEVER see him. I mean really, NEVER. Since we are both in school, we spend every night at the kitchen table doing work till the wee hours of the morning. I could not imagine rocking at the whole “parenting thing” AND doing the school thing. You guys are awesome and I am completely impressed

Seriously…empty king bed waiting for you here if you can get someone to watch your kids for a while. Of course, there’s nothing really to do…but lay around, eat with full uninterrupted conversations, and have all the wifi access you want. Oh, and there’s a bathtub.
