I have not exercised one single solitary day since my 5K (YES THE ONE IN MARCH. SHUT UP.). There are many reasons why, but none of them make this fact any less ridiculous.  Therefore I am setting a newish/oldish goal here on the webz: Thirty Day Shred in Thirty Days.

That’s right, Ima do it every damn day of June.  Starting today.

(Future posts may be shortened due to lack of muscle function.)

you go girl!! i’m doing p90x. don’t know if you’ve heard of it but it’s 90 days of hell. seriously. i’m on week 3. so, you must keep blogging about all the hell you are going through with the shred so i don’t feel alone. and then, hopefully, we will have totally rocking bodies by the time we get to the beach! although, i’ve somehow gained 3 pounds over the last 3 weeks. but, it’s muscle…right?

I’ve seen Patricks curses to Tony Horton, so I knew at least he was doing it.
I don’t even own a bathing suit right now, and have been going out to try them on, HENCE the urgent feeling to work out. Yeesh.

I commit to a 30-day work out regimen with you. Not the shred, but I’ll do some sort of cardio/strength training every day. I won’t skip a work out because I know YOU won’t skip a work out. 😉
