That was such a sweet story! Those are the precious "mommy" moments that make this whole experince worth it. Thanks for sharing with us! It took me back 2 years when Avery was little and her big sister did everything she knew how to "fix it".
So Precious!

it only gets better. sera started off with josh the same way, loving, caring, helpful. and i thought, i bet this wont last long. soon they will be fighting over toys and my attention. but, if josh is spoiled it is all because of sera. if she has toy and he cries for it she happily hands it over. if he is crying and i can't get to him, she sings to him. they cuddle ALL THE TIME. if sera goes in her room to play, josh cries at her door, so of course she comes out to play with him. i can totally see bug being the same way with Lg!

when I was retelling this story to Russ, I remembered a story my mom told me. When my sister was a newborn and I was 3.5, I also tried to help her stop crying - by picking her up and carrying her to my mother...I'm sure not using the proper baby-holding technique. I think Bug 's way is better, and less panic inducing from the mother's point of view.
