Concerning the good choices when you eat and the Halloween candy and its effects since 1979, I guess reading such comments makes me feel a little less guilty for having pilfered a little candy from your trick or treat bags over the first few years of your life :)

why are cheeseburgers not a good choice? you’re checking off your dairy group, meat group, fruit group (ok, tomatoes are a stretch), veggie group, grain group and overall-yummy group. seems pretty well rounded to me.

perhaps i’m a little biased, but i can’t imagine a world without cheeseburgers.
